What is attribution and how does it work?
Attribution connects an ad click to a sale. We use a 7-day click attribution window, meaning any purchase made within 7 days of clicking your ad is tracked. Conversions from other channels (like email) may not show in ad reports, but the ad likely played a role. We track all events using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Shopify integrations.
Why does ROAS fluctuate?
Return on ad spend (ROAS) can shift due to pricing, seasonality, ad fatigue, or platform competition.
Our team watches performance daily and makes real-time adjustments to stabilize results and scale efficiently.
When will I start seeing leads / purchases?
You might see conversions come in right away, especially if your offer and creative are strong. If it takes a little longer, don’t panic—that’s normal. Most campaigns start converting within 5–10 days. We monitor early signals—click-through rate, engagement, add-to-cart activity—to ensure we’re reaching the right audience and gaining traction before scaling.
How do you optimize the campaigns?
We never “set it and forget it.” We test multiple versions of ad copy, creative, and audiences. Budgets are shifted to top-performing ad sets, and creative is refreshed monthly to keep engagement and performance high.
What if people are adding to cart but not buying?
That’s expected early on. We track behavior like time on page, add-to-cart, and checkout starts—even if someone doesn’t purchase.
